The Chamber Lunch & Learn Series, presented by Southwestern Michigan College, is a free monthly event exclusively for Chamber Members. Each session dives into the current challenges and trends shaping the region, featuring insights from industry experts and a taste of local cuisine through diverse catering options from the Niles region.

Join us on July 8th at Southwestern Michigan College’s Niles Campus (33890 US-12, Niles), Room 134, for Leadership: Maximizing Your Geniuses! with Dr. Zechariah Hoyt, Internal Solutions.

Developing and maintaining a culture of operational excellence and maximizing your team's potential is essential.  Our time will provide you with actionable ideas, grounded in leadership/management principles, that are not just ideas on a shelf!

As a gift for attending this event you will be given the opportunity to identify your working Geniuses and more importantly how you can use your learning to grow into a more effective leader and manager!

Once you register, GNC staff will give you access to the Working Genius assessment one week prior to the event. Please set aside about 10 minutes to complete with the lens of your work.  There is a limit of 20 slots…so don’t miss out; if you have completed this assessment in your past, bring your report and enjoy the growth.
