The Chamber Buzz presented by Everwise Credit Union is a free monthly breakfast for members that will feature updates from elected officials, community leaders, new chamber members, and special guests. The series is hosted by Gallery 1245 located at 1245 S. 11th Street in Niles at 8:30am on the first Wednesday of the month from February through November. It's a one-stop-shop event for members where they can learn about everything coming up in the community. The organization spotlights will feature Cultivate Food Rescue and Berrien County Cancer Service.

Cultivate Food Rescue works to reduce hunger and food waste by recovering excess, quality food and redistributing it to school children, food pantries, shelters, and more. Through strategic partnerships, we are a leader in perishable food rescue, procurement, redistribution, and education in order to meet the nutritional needs of communities. Todd Zeltwanger is their Director of Fund Development.

The Berrien County Cancer Service, Inc. has had the honor of caring for Southwest Michigan’s cancer patients since 1948. Their mission is to provide compassionate in-home skilled nursing care and supportive resources for those affected by cancer or related illnesses in Southwest Michigan. Many of their patients are currently receiving cancer treatments and need extra skilled nursing care in the home but are not eligible for coverage through insurance or Medicare. Their nurses are able to bridge this gap through their compassionate care services. Tyanna Essig is their Director of Operations and Development.
