The Chamber Lunch & Learn series presented by Southwestern Michigan College is a free event for Greater Niles Chamber Members where we discuss the hot topics facing talent managers. Each month we hear from different industry professionals and experience the diverse catering options in the Niles region. 

This session will cover how to create a successful job shadow for your company and will be led by Brian Exner, a Civic Innovation Fellow with enFocus.  There are hundreds of area students trying to decide on a career path and your organization can help guide this local talent by offering a job shadow opportunity.  In under an hour participants will learn everything they need to know to create this life changing event for local students.

The lunch will be catered by 2nd & Main Coffeehouse!
