It's a one-stop-shop event for members where they can learn about everything coming up in the community.
Alan Tio is the Vice President of Business Development and oversees the South Bend International Airport’s real estate portfolio and steer its business, commercial, and economic development initiatives. Tio brings more than 15 years of experience in leadership roles with local, regional, and state-level economic development organizations. Indeck Niles is a next generation clean energy center. It generates 1,000 megawatts of energy, enough to power 635,000 homes and businesses through the use of clean natural gas and state-of-the-art technologies. It is the most efficient energy center of its kind in Michigan, replacing older, dirtier and less efficient coal-fired plants. Kevin Kringle is the Plan Manager and will give us an update on the facility.
